Spain has been called one of the most diverse and visually stunning nations of Europe and is the third most popular tourist country in the world. When people think of Spain they imagine bullfighters, black-haired flamenco dancers, fishermen and olive farmers. While these traditional images are still a part of Spanish life, the people of Spain today are just as likely to be working in a modern office, talking on a cell phone, or enjoying a nice meal with friends at an outdoor cafe.
